Anger Management
Anger is a natural response to certain threats. As a result, aggression is sometimes the appropriate response to anger, as it allows us to defend ourselves. Therefore, a certain amount of anger is necessary. In addition, anger can be useful in expressing how we feel to others. In fact anger can be a wonderful way of us knowing that something is wrong. For a variety of reasons many people find that anger seems to take them over when it's not helpful, or they can hold on to anger until they explode.
There are many reasons why this happens and it is important to work with a trained psychologist to work out what is driving your anger if it is a problem. Each person has different underlying drivers and triggers that set them off.
Even if you've had problems with anger for years, it doesn't have to continue.
Turn something that might have had a destructive role to play in your life into an energy that can assist you in life and become your ally.
