Dr. Stephanie Stephens is an experienced Senior Psychologist who has strong expertise and is highly qualified in the use of Clinical Hypnosis. This is different to the more popular forms of hypnosis as it is exclusively used by professionals trained in the mental health and medical professions. To provide you with extra support and a more affordable option, Dr Stephens has developed a series of confidential group sessions that uses the powerful tool called Self Hypnosis. This enables you to help gain control over your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
By being more self aware and understanding of your own beliefs and motivations, plus the added tool of Self Hypnosis, you’ll have a full range of effective approaches to solving your problems.
